Nina is a Director of Technical Product Management at Mastercard and works in the field of advanced analytical solutions for financial institutions. In her role she designs ways to inform customers of how to improve their portfolio performance and prioritize marketing campaigns for different client profiles. Nina thinks that correct problem framing is the most important challenge for product managers, so she is very passionate about user/market research and product design. You can regularly see her geeking out in design sprints with her software engineer colleagues and even teaching human-centered design to audiences at work and in academia. Outside of work Nina is a mother of two lovely children and is contemplating to restart her foodie travel business.
